During the 80's, even in the U.S., existed a great gap in the market for all those musicians who demanded equipment and instruments to satisfy their needs.

There was a lack of a firm who could fill these needs in the audio, lighting and instruments market, for professional use. That's when in 1982, Hermes Music at McAllen, Texas was born. Since then, its development as an enterprise has been constant, making way for expansion in other cities, creating distribution companies and internal branches, that increases the capacity and presence of the group in the international market.

One of those divisions is Hermes Service Center, which is divided into two big areas, Repair and Service that has been covering the technical needs for the past 18 years. Hermes Service Center is now established at McAllen and San Antonio TX, México DF, Guadalajara, and Monterrey. All of them work simultaneously in order to work out the technical needs of our clients along with the cooperation of the companies that Hermes Music represents.

Our mision is to attend the demands of our clients, whether at the workshop table as on the field, on the shortest possible time and according to the companies' standards.

Our philosophy is to develop excellence in all what we do, as if we were making it for the Lord.
